EDMONTON- RCMP in Hobbema are investigating the death of a 15-year-old boy.
Officers and EMS responded to a call of an unresponsive male lying in a open area in the Samson Cree Nation town site around 8:45 Saturday morning.
The scene was cordoned off for most of the day Saturday. RCMP, forensics officers, and the Major Crimes Unit are involved in the investigation.
The victim has been identified as 15-year-old Teagan Johnson from the Samson Cree Nation.
The cause and manner of his death have not been released. An autopsy has been scheduled for Tuesday.
