The Bow officially becomes the tallest building in Calgary

Calgary’s sky line has changed dramatically once again.

Today, the Bow Tower officially became the city’s tallest office building, surpassing the Suncor Tower’s 51 stories, which was previously considered the tallest building in Calgary.

When complete, the tower will be 58 stories high with nearly 2-million square feet of office space.

On opening day in early 2012, it will be Canada’s tallest office building outside of Toronto.

The tower will be the home of energy giants Encana and Cenovus.
