Dog mauling victims to make full recovery

TORONTO – Three people mauled in North York Sunday by escaped guard dogs are expected to make a full recovery.

Two adult bull mastiffs attacked the trio at 4 p.m., reportedly inflicting several bites.

The two dogs, which were captured by Toronto Animal Services, are said to have escaped from an industrial compound on Toryork Dr., a short distance from where the three victims were walking.

Toronto Police said charges against the dogs’ owners could be pending.
