A man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant has been arrested in Hamilton.
Hamilton police told Global News that Robert Andrews, 49, was arrested Thursday and remains in custody.

The Ontario Provincial Police’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad said Andrews is serving a two-year-six-month sentence for attempted murder, criminal harassment, and failing to comply with a probation order.
He was known to frequent the Guelph, Cambridge, Hamilton, Barrie, and London areas.
