The woman’s family has identified her as Ashley Harcus. Her niece said Harcus lived in the area and was out for a walk when she was hit.

Harcus died of her injuries in hospital.

The family has started a GoFundMe page to help cover funeral costs.

“Our family is at a complete loss, and these expenses are hard to come up with,” Harcus’ niece wrote.
