The Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Toronto Argonauts kick off their 2017 seasons on Sunday at BMO Field.
Ticats are 3-point favourites in the opener, and the odds-on favourites to represent the East Division in this years Grey Cup.
Argos will be happy to hit the restart button after a 5-13 season, where they finished the year on a seven-game losing streak.
Ricky Ray enters his 15th CFL season. The 37-year old future Hall of Fame quarterback has 206 starts under his belt. Former Hamilton pivot Jeff Matthews is Ray’s backup.
Tiger-Cats are entering the season with a healthy Zach Collaros under centre. The 28-year old quarterback has yet to play a full season for Hamilton. In three years with the Cats, the former Cincinnati Bearcat has thrown 58 touchdowns at 25 interceptions. Collaros spent the first two years of his CFL career in Toronto.

The Tiger-Cats are 164–128–8 all-time versus the Argonauts. Toronto has a 69–77–5 edge at home.
There’s a 40 per cent chance of showers Sunday at BMO Field, with the temperature hitting 20 degrees by the 4 p.m. kickoff.
