Calgary police are looking to identify a person of interest in an investigation into the illegal access of several bank accounts at banks in the area, as well as a casino.
The Calgary Police Service (CPS) said Tuesday two men withdrew money from several people’s accounts at banks in Calgary, Okotoks and Airdrie between the hours of 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 27 and 2 p.m. the next day.
Police believe the men then withdrew money from a bank account at the Elbow River Casino on 218 18 Ave. S.E.
Investigators have no suspects identified, however are asking for help identifying a man they say may be connected to the case.
The man, seen in photos gathered from CCTV surveillance video, has grey hair and facial hair, with medium build.
