Protesters have planned a demonstration outside the Vancouver Art Gallery Saturday to denounce Donald Trump‘s presidential election victory.
Nearly 400 people have indicated that they are attending the event, which is scheduled for 6 p.m. PT.
On Thursday, 200 people protested the real estate magnate’s election victory outside Trump Tower on Georgia and Thurlow Streets in Vancouver.

Organizers of Saturday’s event said they hope their peaceful protest will promote inclusion, equality and compassion for our neighbours south of the border.
Demonstrations also were planned Saturday in Las Vegas, Los Angeles and other parts of North America.
Previous demonstrations drew thousands of people in New York and other large urban centres. The largely peaceful demonstrations were overshadowed by sporadic episodes of vandalism, violence and street-blocking.
