MCNAB-BRAESIDE TOWNSHIP, Ont. – A five-car crash in eastern Ontario has left one person dead and two hurt.
Police said it happened on Highway 17 near Renfrew around 4:30 a.m. Friday but have released few details about the incident.

Officers said there is a thick fog in the area and are urging motorists to slow down.
A stretch of the highway between Calabogie Road and Campbell Drive is closed to traffic as police investigate.
The Township of McNab/Braeside is located about 78 kilometres west of Ottawa.
