MIDDLESEX CENTRE, Ont. – Police have identified a driver killed in a crash in Middlesex Centre over the weekend.
They say 66-year-old Garry Trevithick of North Middlesex died at the scene.

He was driving a pickup truck that collided with a van at an intersection (of Ilderton Road and Vanneck Road) early Sunday evening.
The driver of the van, a 46-year-old man from London, Ont., was transported to hospital by Ornge air ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation continues.
