Wednesday, September 21, 2016 – Weather forecast update at 4:30pm:
Bye-bye Summer – the Fall equinox is at 7:21am on Thursday. There will continue to be sun in the mix, but as an upper low to the south of us sticks around for one more day, it will attempt to direct bands of clouds and isolated showers into the region at times.
On Friday an incoming weather system from the Pacific will also keep isolated showers in the forecast.
Then an upper ridge will build in, just in time for the weekend. Expect sun and day time highs above seasonal starting on Saturday and for the first half next week.
Thursday’s daytime high range: 14 to 22C
We will have the rest of your weather details coming up at 5 and 6:30 and 11pm – Hope you can join us!
