Ottawa police have issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant in connection to a shooting over the weekend.
Police say Mustafa Ahmed, 28, is wanted for second-degree murder in the death of 33-year-old Omar Rashid-Ghader.

They say Rashid-Ghader was shot Sunday in the Dalhousie Street area in Ottawa.
Ahmed is believed to be in the Greater Toronto Area and police are warning that he is considered armed and dangerous.
Police say he was last seen in downtown Ottawa.
