A 50-year-old man wanted in connection to an alleged sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl in an apartment elevator in the Don Mills area of Toronto was arrested on Friday.
Police say the girl was followed into a residential building on Sunday around 7:12 p.m. in the Graydon Hall Drive and Don Mills Road area by a man who claimed he did not have his keys.
Once inside the building, the man started a sexual conversation with the girl as they both entered the elevator and was sexually assaulted.
Police say the girl managed to leave the elevator following the incident while the suspect remained inside.
Liberito Panaga of Guelph was charged with one count each of sexual assault and sexual interference.
Police are concerned there may be more victims.
