The 19-year-old son of country music singer Craig Morgan, Jerry Greer, has been found dead.

The teen’s body was found in Kentucky Lake in northwestern Tennessee after he went missing while tubing with friends. According to various reports, his tube may have collided with his friends and he was flipped off. He did not resurface and he wasn’t wearing a life jacket.

The search for the recent high school graduate began Sunday after the accident. About 50 boats joined the search after the teen. Authorities say crews were using an underwater vehicle to scan a stretch of the river where the water is up to 15 feet deep.

“The family is grateful for the outpouring of support and requests prayers at this time as they privately mourn this terrible loss,” said the statement released by publicist Cindy Hunt on behalf of Morgan and his wife, Karen Greer.
