PICKERING, Ont. — A 35-year-old man is charged with voyeurism after a girl spotted a cellphone recording her in a change room at a clothing store.
Durham Regional Police say the 14-year-old girl was in a change room at a mall in Pickering, Ont., east of Toronto, when she saw a cellphone being pointed up at her from the adjacent room.
She yelled to get the attention of store staff and they confronted a man, who fled the store but was followed by a witness who was able to provide a licence plate to investigators.
