At 2 a.m. Thursday, a 36-year-old man was sent to the hospital with stab wounds in Moncton.
Codiac Regional RCMP have released the photo of a 29-year-old Jeffrey Ernest Curran, wanted on a Canada-wide arrest warant in connection with the aggravated assault.
Police say the assault victim was attacked in the area of Robinson Street and Mainstreet in Moncton.
As shown in the picture, Curran is described as Caucasion with very short brown hair, brown eyes, approximately 5’7” tall, and weighing between 190 and 200 pounds. He also has tattoos on his arms and neck.
RCMP are warning the public not to approach or confront Curran. Police consider him to be dangerous.
