Broten, Wall to square off in televised, streamed debate

NDP leader Cam Broten and Saskatchewan Party leader Brad Wall will go head-to-head over the issues that matter to Saskatchewan residents in a debate to be televised on Global Regina and Global Saskatoon on Wednesday, March 23.

REGINA – NDP leader Cam Broten and Saskatchewan Party leader Brad Wall will go head-to-head over the issues that matter to Saskatchewan residents in a debate to be televised on Global Regina and Global Saskatoon on Wednesday, March 23.

The 55-minute debate will begin at 6:05 p.m., immediately following an abbreviated edition of the Evening News. The debate will also be streamed live at globalnews.ca/regina and globalnews.ca/saskatoon.

Global Regina anchor Whitney Stinson will serve as one of three panelists for the debate, which will be hosted by Costa Maragos from the University of Regina.

Viewers are encouraged to suggest questions for the leaders and to follow coverage of the debate online using the hashtag #skdebate.
