Strap on your baby and dance.
That’s what a group of mothers in San Diego were filmed doing at a KangaGroove class, dancing to “Fly” by Sugar Ray.
The choreography even incorporates the ‘90s hit song’s lyrics: “Put your arms around me, baby.”
The video of the adorable dance session went viral on Facebook with over three million views in a few days.
According to its website, KangaGroove is a dance fitness class designed for “mamas, papas and their little joeys.”
The husband-and-wife duo that created the class say the benefits of dancing with your baby include bonding more deeply with the baby and improving its sensory-motor development.
