Police have now located a truck and driver allegedly involved in a hit-and-run in Pemberton.
The woman was hit by a truck yesterday afternoon on Highway 99, south of Portage Road.

The driver stopped, put the woman in the truck and then drove away.
She has since been found safe and a 35-year-old man has been taken into custody, but police still have many questions and they’re asking anyone with information to come forward.
