SASKATOON – Police say a missing Saskatoon man has been located. Carlos Ramirez, 62, who is is hearing impaired and mute, was reported missing after last being seen Thursday afternoon leaving his home in the 100-block of Olmstead Road in the Fairhaven neighbourhood.
