TORONTO — Police are asking the public for help identifying a man involved in an alleged sexual assault on a subway train earlier this month.
Toronto police said a 36-year-old woman was seated on a southbound subway train as it approached Wellesley Station on Monday, Jan. 11 at about 10:40 a.m., when a man approached her and sat down beside her.
While seated next to the woman, police said the man sexually assaulted her.
Police described the suspect as 25 to 26 years old, standing 5’6″, weighing 150 pounds, with pockmarked skin and a ponytail. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, a blue Abercrombie hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
