QUEBEC – A judge accused of killing his wife asked an ambulance team not to bother trying to revive her.
That’s according to testimony today in the trial of Jacques Delisle, a retired judge at the Quebec Superior Court.

He says his wife, who was paralyzed on half her body, committed suicide.
But authorities accuse him of shooting her in the head with a revolver.
It is considered to be the first time a Canadian judge faces such serious charges.
On the first day of the trial, the court heard that Delisle had a mistress. Today, it heard that he told medics not to try reviving her – and to respect her wish to die.
