Salvation Army reaches goal in Saskatoon’s kettle campaign

SASKATOON – The Salvation Army in Saskatoon has wrapped up another successful Christmas kettle campaign. Volunteers began ringing the bells in malls around the city in mid-November with expectations for a giving season.

Their efforts have paid off.

More than $300,000 has been raised thanks to people’s generosity.

That far exceeds the goal of $275,000 set by the organization at the beginning of the campaign.
