3 men charged in Burlington drug bust, more than $10K of drugs seized

TORONTO — Three Burlington, Ont. men have been charged in connection with a drug trafficking investigation that resulted in the seizure of more than $10,000 in marijuana and cocaine.

Halton Regional Police executed a search warrant at a residence in Burlington on Friday.

Police seized 59 grams of cocaine, 428 grams of marijuana, 11 grams of marijuana resin called “shatter” and about $3,000 in cash.

Investigators said the estimated street value of the drugs is $10,500.

Robert David Emery, 25, of Burlington, has been charged with trafficking a controlled substance (cocaine), possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) for the purpose of trafficking and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) under 30 grams. He was released on a promise to appear in Milton court on Dec. 22.

Cole Sirois, 22, of Burlington, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) for the purpose of trafficking and was released on a promise to appear in Milton court on Dec. 22.

Aaron MacIsaac, 22, of Burlington has been charged with possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and was released on a promise to appear in Milton court on Dec. 15.
