WINNIPEG — A new city report says selling five old fire stations in Winnipeg could save them $17 million.
The report does not identify which stations will be sold. However, it does say a number of fire halls will need major upgrades or replacements.
The Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service has 31 stations in a wide variety of conditions ranging in age from two to 105 years.
