HALIFAX – Halifax Regional Police are investigating a sexual assault that happened early this morning in Dartmouth.
Police say a woman was walking on a path between Collins Grove Road and Regal Road at 12:45am when a man approached her from behind.
The man threatened her, then touched her in a sexual manner over her clothes. The victim got away and called police from home.
The suspect is described as a white man in his 40’s, 5’8″, with a medium build. He has light-coloured eyes and short, light-coloured hair. He was wearing a dark hoodie at the time.
