TORONTO — Police seized more than 100 marijuana plants and more than 2,500 g of marijuana from a home in London, Ont. Wednesday, in a bust that involved only one suspect — a 64-year-old man.
Police said they were tipped off by someone known to the man and executed a search warrant on the home on St. Clair Crescent.
Police seized 104 marijuana plants, 479 g of marijuana and 2,175 g of a mixture of marijuana bud and dried leaves valued at a total of $109,240.
Mark Anderson, 64, of London, has been charged with the following drug offences:
- Unlawfully producing marijuana
- Possessing marijuana for the purpose of trafficking
Police said Anderson had been released from custody with a court date of Aug. 14, 2015.
