Damaging winds rip through Regina

Regina – It was a blustery Tuesday afternoon with gusts picking up to 102 kilometres and hour.

The Queen City Ex parade and fireworks were cancelled, along with all outdoor sports league games and practices. But, it’s a good thing they were. The winds proved dangerous.
