Dave Chappelle, Kevin Hart among Just For Laughs stars

TORONTO — Dave Chappelle, Kevin Hart, Neil Patrick Harris and the new host of The Daily Show, Trevor Noah, are among the big names coming to this summer’s Just For Laughs festival in Montreal.

Toronto native Mike Myers is also set to make his JFL debut. An Evening with Mike Myers will take place July 24 at Maison Symphonique.

Chappelle is set to headline six shows at Theatre Maisonneuve and Hart will entertain on July 24 inside the Bell Centre — one of several new JFL venues.

Myers, Chappelle and Hart will also be presented with awards during the festival.

Harris, who made Smurfs 2 in Montreal, will be back to host the festival’s closing galas.

Noah will host a gala on July 23 at Place des Arts.

Jane Lynch will host a gala on July 22 and ‘Weird Al’ Yankovic will perform a free outdoor show on July 21.

Other stars coming to the 33rd edition of JFL announced Tuesday include Patton Oswalt, Bill Burr, Ellie Kemper and Montreal-born Jason Reitman.

The line-up also features Margaret Cho, Danny Bhoy, Rob Schneider, Chris D’Elia, J.B. Smoove, Gilbert Gottfried, Jimmy Carr, Janeane Garofalo and SNL stars Colin Jost and Pete Davidson.

Brit(ish), with special guest Russell Howard, returns with the best of the Commonwealth’s comedians and for three shows hosted by Omid Djalili at L’Astral, July 21-23.

The Marriage Ref host Tom Papa joins forces with The Undateable’s Brent Morin, Teen Wolf’s Orny Adams and Debra DiGiovanni for Date Night at Metropolis July 21 and 22.
