REGINA – The Regina Police are investigating an alarming incident in the city’s east side.
On Thursday a 17-year-old girl was walking home from school near Cambridge Avenue and Oxford Street, when an unknown male, using an electronic device, tried taking pictures under her dress.
When the girl yelled for help the man grabbed her by the wrists before running away.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian teen male with blonde, curly hair. He’s about 5’9” tall with a heavier build and wears glasses.
