TORONTO – The Greater Toronto Area is under a rainfall warning with as much as 30 millimetres of precipitation expected Thursday.
Environment Canada says some areas could see thunderstorm activity and rainfall amounts of 40 to 50 mm.
Toronto will likely see amounts in the 20 to 30 mm range. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is also possible.
The areas under the warning include communities as far south as Windsor to further north up to Belleville.
