Police hunt suspected knife-wielding man on ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ set

TORONTO — A man dressed as a pirate is facing arrr-rest in Australia after allegedly pulling a knife near the set of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.

The suspect is accused of threatening a security guard who blocked him from accessing the set.

The armed man, who was dressed as a pirate and had a parrot on his shoulder, ran into the woods after the altercation.

Queensland Police were unable to locate the suspect but released a photo.

They do not believe the man was an extra in the movie, which stars Johnny Depp, Geoffrey Rush and Brenton Thwaites.
