TORONTO – Toronto police are seeking the public’s help identifying a man alleged to have committed an indecent act on a TTC subway train last month.
Police say the incident occurred on Feb. 5 at 3:37 p.m. while a woman was seated on an eastbound subway train traveling between Broadview and Chester Station.
It is alleged the man approached the victim and committed the act.
He is described as white, in his late 50s, 5’10” to 6’0″, 180 lbs., medium build and has a scruffy beard.
He was last seen wearing a black three-quarter-length jacket with the brand name “Storm Tech” written across the back of the neck in brown and gold.
The man was also wearing light-grey sweatpants with a large hole in the crotch area, black toque, brown-and-beige hiking boots and sunglasses.
Anyone with information about the man is urged to contact police.
