A body discovered in Richmond on Monday has been identified to be 20-year-old Alexander Renney of Surrey.
His body was found in the 14000-block of River Road just after 6 a.m. Police say Renney was last seen Sunday night and are now looking for clues about his last whereabouts.
Sergeant Stephanie Ashton, media relations officer for IHIT, says “investigators continue to narrow down the timeline of his last movements and who he was in contact with prior to his death.”
Investigators believe the attack was targeted.
