Weather update: Wednesday January 28th 4:45pm
Once again, the sun is shining at the higher elevations, while most of us are stuck under the valley cloud thanks to a very stable weather pattern under high pressure.
With little vertical movement in the air, it will be the same Thursday and most of Friday, but then a switch to a northwesterly flow aloft late Friday will disrupt our stagnant weather pattern.
By Saturday the sun will return to the valley with partial clearing, and then a push from the west will bring in the chance of snow on Sunday.
More details coming up at 5, 6:30 and 11pm!
Thursday’s daytime high range: 0 to 4C
