VANCOUVER – RCMP say a naked man, seen twice on a Coquitlam trail, never threatened or initiated conversation with anyone, he was simply walking the trail with no clothes on.
The naked man was seen on the Crystal Falls Trail near Shaughnessy Street and Karley Crescent recently.
“The area in question is one of the places we patrol regularly, but so far the man remains elusive,” said Cpl Jamie Chung with Coquitlam RCMP. “From talking to witnesses, we don’t believe the man was high on drugs or has a mental health issue. However, we do need to speak to him to find out why he is out in the cold without wearing any clothing.”
“Here is where the public’s help comes in. When you see him, call us immediately so we can talk to him.”
The man is described as:
- Caucasian between 20 and 25 years-old,
- 5’9 tall with a slim build, and
- with dark brown, buzz cut hair.
RCMP say on one occasion, he was observed carrying a black backpack and was wearing white ear bud headphones.
