REGINA – Two men pulled out a steel bar and a knife and demanded a cab driver give them money in Regina’s Al Ritchie neighbourhood Saturday evening. Police were called to the intersection of 15th Avenue and Lindsay Street just before 6 p.m. for the incident.
The victim did not suffer injuries but the suspects made off with cash, fleeing on foot.
Police describe the two suspects as Aboriginal, between 18 to 25 years of age; one with a slight build and 5’8″ tall wearing black jeans and the same coloured hoodie, the other 5’9″ wearing a grey hoodie.
The investigation is continuing.
