TORONTO – Two men are in hospital after separate stabbings in Toronto early Christmas morning.
Police say a man in his 40s was stabbed in the chest around 2 a.m. when a fight broke out between two tenants in an apartment building in the Vaughan Road and St. Clair Avenue area.
He was listed in stable condition and one man was taken into custody.
Roughly an hour later a man in his 30s was stabbed in the arm in the Bloor Street and Runnymede Road area.
Police say he was sent to hospital in stable condition.
They are looking for a suspect.
