REGINA – Regina Police are releasing more details about a drug bust they made in Whitmore Park last week.
Three men and a woman are facing numerous drug and weapon charges after the SWAT team carried out a search warrant on a home on Castle Place on December 12th.
Just before the search warrant was executed, police saw a vehicle leave the house on Castle Place. They followed it to a nearby business where they arrested the driver and seized a handgun, a quantity of drugs, and other weapons.
Once police were in the home they seized drugs, five more firearms, several knives, tasers, money, drug paraphernalia, a stolen mountain bike, and two stolen motorcycles.
Police have laid a total of 42 charges against the four suspects:
Twenty-eight year-old Devlyn Quinn Mallette, DOB: 1986-07-29, of Regina, is charged with:
- Possession of a Restricted Firearm (handgun) [95(1)(a) CC];
- Four (4) charges of Careless Use of a Firearm [86(1) CC];
- Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Weapon (over-capacity magazine) [91(2) CC];
- Possession of a Prohibited Weapon (switchblade) [91(2) CC];
- Possession of a Prohibited Weapon (brass knuckles) [91(2) CC];
- Four (4) charges of Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm [91(1) CC];
- Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Weapon (butterfly knife) [91(2) CC];
- Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle [249(1)(a) CC];
- Evade Police [249.1(1) CC];
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (methamphetamine) [5(2) CDSA];
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (cocaine) [5(2) CDSA];
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (psilocybin) [5(2) CDSA];

Twenty-seven year-old Ronald Selwyn Perrin, DOB: 1987-11-12, of Regina, is charged with:

- Possession of a Controlled Substance (marihuana) [4(1) CDSA];
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime (mountain bike) [355(b) CC];
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime (motorcycle) [355(b) CC]; and
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime (motorcycle) [355(b) CC].
Twenty-two year-old Brittany Irene Crevier, DOB: 1992-04-05, of Regina, is charged with:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance (marihuana) [4(1) CDSA].
Twenty-one year-old Kyle Scott Lavallee, DOB: 1993-02-15, of Regina, is charged with:
- Obstruct Peace Officer [129(a) CC]; and
- Two (2) charges of Breach of Undertaking [145(3) CC].
