The crash happened almost a year ago, around 8:30 p.m. on January 29th, 2014.

His Hyundai was rear-ended by a Dodge Dakota, which pushed it into oncoming traffic. It was then t-boned by a westbound Dodge Durango as it traveled through the intersection.

The crash sent Harris’ son Nathan, who was in the passenger seat, to hospital in critical condition.
