After a month of searching, a Kelowna woman is about to be re-united with her lost dog. The Boston Terrier ran away November 6th from its Rutland home and ended up at a local animal rescue shelter. The owner suspected the rescue shelter was holding her dog hostage. The lines of communication broke down when the police became involved and told both parties not to talk to one another. Global Okanagan re-opened those lines. Kelly Hayes reports.
