Another perjury trial related to the public inquiry into Robert Dziekanski’s death is set to get underway today.

RCMP constable Kwesi Millington is expected to be in court this morning in Vancouver to face the charge.

The Crown alleges Millington and three other officers colluded to fake a story about Dziekanski’s death.

The Polish citizen died after being stunned with a Taser at Vancouver International Airport in 2007.

Millington’s trial comes just a week after a trial for former corporal Benjamin (Monty) Robinson got underway.

Const. Gerry Rundel was also scheduled to stand trial this fall, but the case was delayed at the request of the Crown and isn’t expected to be heard until next year.

One of the other officers has been acquitted of perjury, although the Crown is appealing that verdict.
