A woman was rushed to hospital after a near drowning at a pool in Surrey this morning.
According to the Surrey Fire Department, the woman who is in her 50s, was pulled from the YMCA pool on 57th Avenue at roughly 9:20 a.m.

CPR was being administered to the woman when firefighters arrived. After using a defibrillator on the woman, they were able to get a pulse. Paramedics then transported her to hospital.
It is currently unknown if the incident happened due to the woman having a heart attack.
