Weather update: Friday October 10th 4:30pm
Happy Thanksgiving! A slight weather pattern change is ahead this weekend with cooler temps.
The system that is pushing on shore is a bit weaker than originally forecast; more sun is expected to make an appearance this weekend for parts of the Southern Interior.
However, showers are still very possible, especially for the northern regions (Columbia/Shuswap) on Friday night, Saturday and Monday. The Okanagan, Similkameen and Boundary regions will see just 30 to 40% chance of showers on Saturday and Sunday, with a greater chance of showers on Monday.
A weak upper ridge will keep most areas dry in the Southern Interior on Sunday.
Have a great long weekend.
