At 6:45 we’ll tell you how you can work off that turkey by climbing the tallest mountain in the world – almost!   Learn more about Virtual Everest on October 19th.  It’s a fundraiser for The Arthritis Society of Nova Scotia that challenges people to reach their own personal summit by climbing Citadel Hill 80 times.

At 7:15 we’ll talk with two members of the Nova Scotia Gambia Association who will be heading to the West African country on Tuesday. During their one week stay, they’ll help with The Ebola Project – an educational program that aims to explain the virus to residents and how best to avoid contact with it.

We’ll get some facts about debt at 7:45 with our money sense expert Leanne Salyzyn. The truth is debt is not a function of income but often a function of household spending. While many in higher income brackets believe they should be able to handle their finances, often they are living pay cheque to pay cheque and never expect themselves to be in  dire financial shape.  @debtsolutions
