VANCOUVER – Canada Line service was disrupted on Friday night during the rush hour commute due to a stabbing in the area.
Police say they, along with Transit Police were called to the area near the Bridgeport Station just after 6:30 p.m..
Details are still limited but witnesses say one man was stabbed and the other allegedly attempted to flee on the tracks.
He was taken into custody and the other man is in stable condition in hospital.
Police are asking anyone who witnessed this incident to contact Richmond RCMP at 604-278-1212.
