TORONTO – Police are seeking the public’s help identifying a suspect related to a robbery investigation involving a 91-year-old woman in downtown Toronto.
The alleged incident happened on Sept. 28 when the victim was walking into a building in the Spadina Avenue and Oxford Street area.
The woman was reportedly followed by a man to her building, pushed, and robbed of her purse.
A video of the incident was caught on security camera.
The suspect is described as a white male, 20 to 25 years of age, short black hair, black T-shirt with blue shorts, wearing a white backpack with a black material or pattern.
Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
