MONTREAL – A 28-year-old motorcyclist has died after he lost control of his bike and crashed into another motorcycle as they headed south on Saint-Denis street.
The incident happened at 8:50 p.m. Monday.
The motorcyclist also collided into a sidewalk terrace between Ontario street and de Maisonneuve boulevard.
The man was taken to hospital, but died a few hours later from his injuries.
The other motorcyclist, who is also a 28-year-old man, was not seriously hurt.
Alcohol and speeding were not factors in the crash, according to police.
