VANCOUVER – A patient is missing from a mental health facility on the Riverview grounds in Coquitlam, which has prompted a Canada-wide warrant.
Cao The Phan is wanted for being unlawfully at large.

He is described as:
- 52 year old Asian male
- Black hair with some balding
- 5ft and 148lbs
- Brown eyes
- Missing middle and index finger on right hand, has dimpled skin and walks with a limp
Cao The Phan is suffering from a mental illness and Coquitlam RCMP say do not approach if seen.
Report the sighting immediately to your nearest police by dialing 9-1-1. If anyone has any information about Phan’s whereabouts, call the Coquitlam RCMP at 604-945-1550 and quote file number 2014-26995.
