REGINA – A Regina company has been fined almost $20,000 on a health and safety charge after an employee was burned filling a propane tank.
Mobile Propane Services Inc. pleaded guilty to one count of failing to maintain a safe work environment under occupational health and safety legislation.
The company was cited for failing to make required repairs to a mobile propane distribution truck.
A provincial court judge ordered the company to pay $19,600 in fines and surcharges.
The charge was laid against the company last October.
